Swedish Massage & Aromatherapy

Long, sweeping, mindful strokes to deeply relax the entire body. Choose from Swedish, Aromatherapy, or Swedish with Himalayan Singing bowls. These bowls are played and also on the body to offer not only a deep resonant tone that induces a healing theta brainwave state but also a physical massage as the vibrations of the bowl run through the body.
You might also wish to keep the massage only to the upper body, and enjoy a longer massage on the back, shoulders, neck, face and Indian Head massage.

Reflexology Massage works tired feet and uses Chinese Acupressure to address and remedy any energetic and physical imbalances throughout the body to bring you into a state of wellbeing.
An Indian Head massage includes shoulders and neck too, and is offered while you lie back and have a nourishing oil applied to the scalp and hair. (Oil-free is also an option).
