Good Vibrations?

I had such a great time joining the BBC Sounds podcast. Rather than focusing on the deeper themes of sound healing—like reducing stress, supporting wellbeing, or the science behind it—this conversation took a more playful turn. We explored the joy of experiencing certain sounds for the very first time and captured the presenters’ spontaneous reactions. It was fun, curious, and a reminder that sound can be just as much about discovery and delight as it is about healing.

Curious Cases is hosted by mathematician and broadcaster Dr Hannah Fry and comedian Dara Ó Briain, who team up to investigate quirky science questions from listeners. The theme of this podcast was on Resonance.
